What mic do I use to record spaceship noises?

myself, i often use either a hi-Z Webcor mic or a modded 219 four feet back with no low cut.

Really you have to try different things and see what sounds the best.
Move the space ship around the room to see where in the room you get the best sound.
I don't have any of the mics you listed and I've never recorded a spaceship before, but I thought I could give you some advice anyway.

What type of spaceship? Is it taking off? Landing? Is it already in orbit, or a drydock near Mars? Does it have solid-fuel boosters, or a warp drive? Or are we trying to record a Bussard ramjet--in which case you want to use the RE20 and compress to tape.
