I think everyone's still trying to recover. I know I am, but I haven't had a day off in like eight weeks.

It certainly is. The flight home sucked. There were storms in Atlanta and it royally screwed up all of their flights. It wasn't the few minutes that we left late, but the hour spent on the tarmac trying to get to the gate that bit. And the hour and a half delay of our flight back to Fort Lauderdale. And having the gate changed twice. I'm almost caught back up on sleep, though. :D

As for the con, what Joel said.

Waaaaah. 2nd year in a row that logistics (and finances) denied me the path to TOC. :(

Last year was my first TOC, and it was awesome, but I have to say that the things I learned this year just blew everything else away.

Last year I spent more time listening to discussions about recording. This year, there seemed to be much more ears-on time - with better examples and people willing to tell us just what they do.

I wish I could give credit to this semi-quote:
In reference to teaching the whole room their secrets - "If a kids going to smoke pot, may as well teach them how to roll the joint right".

Thanks to Craig and all the TOC volunteers and panelists - awesome job!

I think the idea was to keep you in the dark so you'd actually show up next year.
The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.

Hey Hey!

Wow, what a great conference. It was my first time there and what a great time.

So many utterly cool people. Can't wait for next year.

... But I may need 'til then to recover properly.
