Supraphonic Recording in Columbus, OH has a Summer Concert Series:
June 12th - Earwig ( www.lizardfamily.com ), the Renaissance Doves ( www.thevelvetnest.com/ ), w/ visual art by Tom Kelly and Kyle Kauffman
July 23rd - Chris McCoy and the Gospel ( www.chrismccoy.net ), the Electric Grandmother ( http://electricgrandmother.tripod.com/ ), and likely other bands. Visual artists TBA.
August 20th - Dunno whom we'll having playing. I'm thinking either the Patsys and Monobeats, maybe Go Evol Shiki, ...
September 25 and October 8 or 15 will also see shows.
We'll also be hosting movie nights:
July 30th - A series of short films related to sound, recording and the ear, all retrieved from www.archive.org.
August 27 - Hopefully, Michael Moore night. We'll be showing Roger & Me, The Big One and Bowling for Columbine.
Oh yeah: we're a recording studio, too.
