but me too... I play wimpy girly pop music too-
I like to rock as hard as the next dude but also like the melodic pretty stuff-
Beatles, velvets, belle and sebastian, LOVE, the Ramones, Beach Boys, poppy family, kinks, pistols, elliot smith, -
I'm a great guitar player, sing and write and play drums too.
I just want to stop apologizing for liking belle and sebastian ("I know they are so gay but....") and find another pop fan to play and record with in NYC. No big agenda I just miss playing in a band, haven't gigged since last spring and have a studio to reherse in-
