looking for friends in portland

i am an engineer/musician looking to move to portland in the next few months,and know only 2 other people out there.im just looking for some people to chat with over aim,or e-mail to maybe find a few like minded people to have a few beers with. maybe somebody who can show me around the scene out there a little.

i live in little rock right now,and am a graduate of sheffield in baltimore maryland.
