I would love to see a reality show where the contestants compete to have their reality show concept made into an actual reality show. It all turns out to be a lie though, and (as approved in microscopic print on the contract the contestants sign), the "winner" is tarred and feathered.

How about just no more fucking celebrity shows? No more Keith fucking Chegwin. The return of brass eye. The Simpsons with humour and intelligence again. No more make-overs on house, face, garden, body, career etc.
I'd like to see a series where people who are really into something explain the ins and outs of what they do in depth, a two hour slot with each week dedicated to something different that you don't normally see, made by people who are actually really into that thing and can explain it fully. I'd be into that.
