My newest fave signal chain:
Anything through the external inputs on the DSI Evolver synth. Stereo LPF. Mm. Saturation. Lowpass.
I'm going to use this on everything forever now.

Aha, but it isn't -- its a recording technique. I'm using my evolver as a preamp! What else could you use for a pre-amp, kids? _________________ -Jj

The Evolver is one of my favorite pieces of gear. I've spent days on that thing. The learning curve is not for the faint of heart if you don't know a lot about synths! I found I wasn't really able to really use it until I got the PC interface going.

guitar amps, podxt, low wattage tube amps on the right old RTR's, a bunch of digital effecty pedals boxes on the market are made to work with mic level signals..thats all I can think of.. _________________ check out my new record
