need something with a little more oomph to power my monitors...here's what's fitting my current budget on ebay:

Alesis RA-100

Ashly SRA-120

Hafler TA-1600

Ramsa WP-9110

if you were in my shoes, which one would you pay most attention to?

I don't have any direct experience with any of the models listed, but as far as the brands listed, Hafler stands out to me. I have an ancient Hafler 350watt amp that drives my monitors (alesis monitor 2's), and it's been totally reliable. Started out as the high frequency amp in my band's PA system in the '80's, and it's still going strong.
