Smile Classic vs. New Smile

I think the new one is better, and the live performance of it at Carnegie Hall was the best show I've ever seen, BY FAR.

That said, there is no doubt that one of the key factors the old one is great is because the unique tone the Beach Boys possessed singing as brothers (+Al). This is truly what made their vocal sound unique....the combined individual tones, making Smiley Smile very sweet.

I believe the other (surviving) original BB's think Brian bungled up Smile, FWIW.
