An acoustic song

Post by MichaelAlan » Thu Dec 08, 2005 7:57 am

One of only a few I have ever recorded. All I did was sing, write words, and record.

Please give me some feedback.

A really clean sound on the guitar, really nice clear and appropriately "sparkly". Some string noises were a bit harsh as the song got going.

Great singing, a really appealing chorus.

How are you recording this stuff ?

Thank ya. Interestingly, the guitar was capo'ed to bring the key to G#, but we didn't know it was tuned down like 3 half steps...so it's just about in E anyway, but that may account for the string noise and twangyness.

RODE NT1 for guitar and vocals.
