Traps or Corner Fills?

I need to kill some low end in my control room, and can't figure out what is going to work best, corner fills or Traps. The problem is phase cancellation in the corners causing 80-100 Hz to underrepresent about 6db. I know it's hard to guess without hearing but I would be very thankful for any help at all.

What's the difference?

All rooms need as much broadband bass trapping as possible. Without knowing the size of your room it's difficult to be very specific. In the mean time, see my Acoustics FAQ:
