Isolation Racks ?

Post by restless-young-romantic » Mon Jan 09, 2006 1:37 pm

I need to get a Isolation cabinent/rack for some noisey gear (Radar II, Lex 224, Power regulators, etc.). The Raxxess I have read about is $900!! Are there other options out there ? Thx in advance.

Sadly all of the iso racks seem to be pretty pricy. My RADAR is kinda loud and I'd love a quiet rack for it!

I've been thinking of gutting an old microwave oven and attaching brackets to hold gear.

Already has fan and nice sealed glass doors with faraday grid.

But I'm as into urban recysling and I am DIY audio.

I know I'm ill. Thanks for listening.
