is totally swell..I've seen the 12" but I just got the cd..I guess it was just done up on cd or something..

That short pause between the first and second songs is the coolest transition I know between two songs on any album. Maybe it happened in mastering, maybe they played those two in sequence all the time, but it's fucking cool.
Then as "Clean Break" gets going, David Byrne goes way up the tree, caterwauling like only he can do. Outstanding. I'm going to upgrade from my cassette copy.
