Dude,

Installing direct outs is super easy. Finding a place to put the output connectors is the hard part.

You can pull the xformers from the redundant 1-4 outs and the 4 monitor outs and you got your 8 output trannies right there.

Or you wire 'em up unbalanced too.

There's really getting to be quite a wealth of info about how to do it.

When he mentions the negative leg of C37 you can either connect to the actual capacitor on the PCB (I guess that's what he did) or you can look for the "BO" point on the side of the board. Same thing.
