I used to live in Toledo, but I moved to Cinci this summer. I used to play in a cover band in high school. The guitar player was pretty decent, and he doesn't play covers anymore. He is in town, going to UT. I can see if he is interested if you want.
Try www.t-townmusic.com. Click on the "Speakout!" section (third button down on the left). Post something in the musicians wanted. It's mostly metal and hardcore kids, but you might find somebody interested.
