posted this in OT but thought i'd try over here. we're moving out and one band is staying and looking for space-mates. the room is nice and big (lots bigger than those storage space conversions) with its own private bathroom. beneath a bowling alley with a bar, liquor store, pizza joint, pool tables, total clubhouse and really reasonable rent.
