Portland studio design/construction referrals

In the near future I'll be looking to hire someone to help me design a basement studio conversion (semi-pro) as well as a contractor to build it. (previous experience w/ soundproof construction & acoustic properties a requirement in both cases)

Any recommendations would be appreciated. House is on the outskirts of Portland.
