Can't change my email or even look at my profile

A message pops up and says it needs my username and password but im already logged in. I tried my password and the secrete handshake and nothing.

Check the Secret Handshake link at the top of the board page (under Announcements.) You need to read it, and click the link inside, and read that (#10.)

I was able to check out my profile but i didn't see anyway to update it.

Not to be a wiseass, but did you try clicking the link at the top of every page that says "PROFILE"?
