Anybody in the Williamstown, Massachusetts area?

Moving to Williamstown, MA next year and just curious if there is any sort of music scene locally. I'm looking for fellow singer-songwriters, guitarists, drummers, bassists, etc to hook-up with for recording projects and songwriting collaboration.

Influences??? The Pixies, The Replacements, Tom Waits, Neil Young, The Clash, Velvet Underground, Juliana Hatfield, The Lemonheads, etc.

Right now I'm really digging Josh Rouse's CD's. Guy is very cool and not afraid to wear his influences on his sleeve.
