None that I know of (other than a few NPR live Jazz broadcasts that I helped with back in the day).
They don't make a lot of concert records in Buffalo, at least not legit ones. There are a bunch, actually, from big name artists like Bruce Springsteen, out on this mysterious bootleg label called Cellar Dwellar Records out of the UK. I'm intrigued by this guy's obviously worldwide operation that somehow has stayed afloat without issue or intrusion for many, many years...

The Lou Reed show I saw in Montreal on his tour for the New
York record was filmed and released, although I have never seen it. _________________ dehumidified |

Mang, I would hate to have my mini-recorder (just a Zoom H2) confiscated.

As far as I know, there have only been two:
The REM Tourfilm was partially shot at a show in Greenboro, NC.
There's a live Bruce Hornsby album with a beautiful version of "Black Muddy River" on it. I remember being at that show and thinking, "Damn, someone should be recording this."
Iv'e definitely been at a few that SHOULD have been recorded and released.

Not a single one that has been released on CD or DVD for me, though there have been the odd live tracks here and there that have been released on b-sides. _________________

For me, the prob is not really the loss of the equipment, it would be the fist-fight as they try to take it away, or after I mouth at 'em for being denied entrance/kicked out. _________________ vlayman; THD; blog; TFP |

Although I know of no copy and have no reason to believe a release is imminent, I hope for a CD/DVD copy of Godspeed You! Black Emperor show I attended in St. Louis the night before US invaded Iraq. The show saturated with immediacy and relevance to the wounded animal run of the US towards Iraq. Efrim telling the audience about being detained by police as terror suspects within the last day or two previous. Recounted here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/godspeed-you-black-emperor
“The group was in one instance misconstrued as being a band of terrorists. After stopping at a local Sinclair gas station in the small town of Ardmore, Oklahoma, for fuel during their 2003 tour of the United States, the station attendant working that day believed the group of Canadians to be terrorists. She quickly passed a note to another customer also getting fuel to call the police. When the local police appeared, the group was held until they could be questioned by the FBI. When no incriminating evidence was found in their various vehicles and background checks were run, the ensemble was released from custody and continued on their way to their next show in St. Louis, Missouri. Interestingly, Efrim Menuck later spoke to the crowd about what happened to them during their appearance in Missouri and said, if they were of any other race than white, they would have been detained much longer than they were originally, hinting heavily toward the suspicion of racism in the police force.”
After the show talking with several of the members, specifically about Robert Pirsig’s Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance until the venue nearly emptied. _________________ www.timcoalman.com

Awesome! I'd heard about it but hadn't gotten around to ordering it. On my way! _________________ "Jeweller, you've failed. Jeweller."

Really? Are you sure it's the same group, and not someone biting off their name?
