I didn't think i'd be such an easy sell on this as i was fine with the old uad 1176ln, having said that, i'm really impressed with new rev a and the ae. Quite a difference on vocals to my ears. Not sure how they compare to the waves CLA comps or the softube fet, but i'm very pleasantly surprised by these.
