Blacklodge Recording, a recording facility located just outside Lawrence, Kansas, is for sale. For $160,000 you get the building, the gear, the name, all business assets and a crew of dedicated engineers. This is a great opportunity to walk into a money making recording studio with an impressive client list and an outstanding worldwide reputation. The studio is currently open for business and has bookings through October. This is a package deal - we are not interested in parting out the gear.

The building is over 5000 sq. ft. and features a two bedroom apartment and plenty of office space and storage. The building was gutted and almost totally rebuilt in 1997 with all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC. There is room to expand into a built out B-room. Currently there is no gear in the B-room.
