| Hey, if it's not operating correctly, then by all means, get it fixed. |

And, when it finally dies,

I love this one.
There is also another company making a similar copy for VST only though.

Hi,
Thanks for the link to Orbitelectronix, but being located in Europe (France) sending it over to them will be too expensive for me.
I'll try to try to fix it myself first and if it doesn't work i'll take it to a tech somewhere in Europe.
The only user manual i found doesn't go further than the one i have on the unit's top panel's back
http://www.rolandus.com/support/owners_manuals/?group=6
Anyone has a manual with schematics and willing to share it ?
Thanks _________________ What was "Kind of Blue" recorded with ? Two microphones ? |

PM me your email address and I'll forward a copy of the service manual. _________________ Every calculation based on experience elsewhere fails in New Mexico. - General Lew Wallace, author of Ben Hur and Territorial Governor of NM 1878-81 |

Hi all,
FInally it was just a matter of good cleaning and lubricating... A bit ashamed to have asked before getting to the basics but i thought my local tech would have done it !
Anyway thanks for all your help ! _________________ What was "Kind of Blue" recorded with ? Two microphones ? |

No shame in asking at all. I swear my old Space Echo has moods. Somedays it behaves much better than others.
It's always nice to hear about one that was behaving badly and then was coaxed back to normalcy with some TLC. _________________ dehumidified |
