I make a living as an electrician, not recording in the basement.

grrrr...

After ignoring both our generous offers, they decided to pull it off the market! I had a commercial loan all lined-up and ready to pay for it too! I don't understand people. Oh well, I guess. Sucks because I really spoiled myself and anything I look at now is like a super downgrade.

There is another prospective property we are seriously considering, but definitely not like this church. I don't even wanna disclose it yet though...
