I haven't seen this column in quite some time. It was one of the main articles I really appreciated about this magazine.
It was quite an inspirational column to read the stories behind a lot of the very popular and useful recording equipment and software. I never realized how many of the most popular or highly regarded companies were founded by regular guys like me, not just engineers with R&D teams, etc.
I would really appreciate it if this could become a part of this already great magazine once again!
Is "Behind The Gear" totally gone?
