There?s a new free App out called Rocking All Over The World which is looking for music fans to send in any music landmarks they might know.
The App shows landmarks of historic gigs, festivals, stars' birth places, locations of a famous album sleeves, video shoots, gravestones etc.
As a music fan, if you have any photos, reminiscences or memorabilia, you can load them into the App right now.

I thought/hoped this would be about music landmarks in the sense of pieces of music (albums, songs, symphonies, ragas, what-have-you) that changed the landscape of music, so to speak.
Physical locations of past events don't excite me much. But I did go into a bank once and was surprised to find it was formerly the Fillmore East. Sad, really.

I don't know, good thing to have with you on vacation. I had a near spiritual experience visiting Hitsville in Detroit...
