Well it only took a year of finding parts and rewiring etc but it's finally in operation
1974 Allen & Heath Mod 2. 16 channels of discrete goodness.
Not a chip in sight.
Anyway it sounds amazing.

If you're in the Hudson valley you're welcome to come and hear it.

Now of course , everything I know about the room has changed and now am relearning to mix....it is I admit a classy problem.
Once you've experienced all discrete..it's a game changer..

Just upgraded my monitors to custom built 8" woofer and 1" tweeter with active crossover network and now I have a better handle on the low end. Needs 2 stereo power amps to run it...
Next I want a McOne Active controller so I can sell the Central station.

Upgrades!!
