Baltimore Area Jam/Recording Buddies Wanted

I'm a female singer/songwriter/beginner guitarist. I have several songs written (and recorded on home studio) and can hear, in my mind's eye, what they would sound like with a full band and some good producing/engineering/mixing. I have a HUGE diverse taste in music. Everything from Elliott Smith to bluegrass to Modest Mouse to Otis Redding.

I would love to jam and record with local (Baltimore area) like-minded musicians (preferably who know their way around a studio console) and be able to bounce some ideas off of each other. It'd be fun, and who knows where it could take us.
