Funny you mention Arkansas. My mom (who also lives here in San Diego) just bought a house on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, and will be moving there later this year. If I'm out there visiting, maybe I'll look you up. Actually, after looking at the prices of land/property as compared to here, I might be your neighbor soon...hehe.
