coming out of the sennheiser thread, i was thinking about how cool those 421 mics look, reminds me of the old-school star trek aesthetic...

so, how cool would it be to find some old star trek stickers and put them on the mics? instead of:

"well let's try this 421 here..."

you could say:

"sing into 'spock' one more time, i've almost got it..."

or

"damn it! scotty! we need more gain!"

or

"man, listen to 'kirk' kicking that guitar's ass!"

anybody know where i should look for these imaginary stickers?

this would be soooo cool....
