Not me. I don't give one red cent to charitable organizations. Every once in a while I give a bum a few bucks, but I know he's getting the money, and not some swindling bureaucrat. I don't even care if he buys crack with it.

Tell me this a joke. You would rather subsidize crack for a bum on the street than support an organization that administers aid to needy people around the world? There are people who rate charities as to how efficiently they disperse donations to the needy (calculating administrative costs as a percentage of funds taken in etc.). Find a good one and give them your $30 and quit buying drugs for bums.
