Looking for a mixer whose system can work with .PAF Files (PARIS audio files) or who can convert these files to useable format.

You're going to have a lot of trouble finding someone with a Paris system as the format is almost dead. As far as I know, no other DAW can handle Paris audio files. Best bet is to try Paris user groups on the web. If I were you, I would try to find someone to transfer your stuff to a Pro Tools session (most common platform among professional engineers). You could also have them "flatten" the tracks to .wav or .aiff (all with the same start time). Any modern DAW will be able to work with those. Here is one user group link:
