Marshall makes MXL??? i never knew if this is true..

The company that makes Marshall amps is an entirely seperate company from the Marshall that makes the mics. The mics are Chinese. I think it's "Marshall Electronics" that makes the mic. They're either owned or associated with the company that makes Mogami cable.

Yes, that's correct. No connection between the two other than the same name. Marshall Electronics sells video equipment, MXL mics and Mogami cable. Marshall Amplification sells the guitar amps that "go to eleven." Because in the words of Spinal Tap....."Sometimes you just need that extra one." Sorry for any confusion.
