Good call. It's not, though. It's half of the M818, a stereo pair of cardioid dynamics. I think individually they're called the M810. I got them on a whim on eBay for like a hundred bucks and they're really nice. Sort of a brighter 57. I've used them for acoustic guitar lead lines and hand percussion so far.

Ref, I think I got the handle on eBay too...it's a bakelite drawer pull...I can't remember why I bought it at the time but it's home now.

I'm gonna start a ruby. Is there any sources online to buy speakers that would work well for guitar? inverse mentioned the jensen but... I'm hoping to get a 4" speaker..not sure where to look.
