Montreal, Quebec

I'd love to have a thread about shipping issues, good mastering engineers in Canada, etc.

Wakefield eh.. I'm from Ottawa, not too far. Though I only ever went to Wakefield once, on that silly train. Which broke halfway there. So I guess I've never been to wakefield. I'll have to come check out the Black Sheep sometime, I know snailhouse Mike played there a couple weeks ago and I wanted to go but I was working..

JES, the good Canadian mastering engineer is ryan a. mills (above).. hehe. I got my cd done by him last spring.

Snailhouse is kickass. Mike is a great guy. So is this Mike who posted above me. Also, One Man Bland is a friend of mine named Ryan. He's also kickass. Hopefully he's working on a new solo album.

I'm opening a recording studio in Toronto in March. Y'all will have to come visit.

Wakefield is great. The Blacksheep is a great venue. I saw Jim Bryson play a sunday matinee this past weekend. Jeremy G from the Arcade Fire was in his backup band along with Dave Draves from Little Bullhorn Studio. It was a wonderfull show. I brought my 6 month old daughter and she wasn't even the youngest kid at the show. very freindly and intimate show with some of the best music coming out of the country being played to an audience of friends and families. i love rock and roll.
