Traynor MX24

Post by A.David.MacKinnon » Fri Dec 09, 2005 6:56 am

I recently found some channel strips from an old Traynor Mx24 mixer and I'm thinking of racking them up as stand alone pres. It seems like it will be fairly simple (he says), all I need is a 20 volt power supply and an output transformer.
Any suggestions on what to use?
The input transformers are beyerdynamics.

I found a schematic for the MX8 which is more or less the same pre amp circuit minus the ballanced input. It's here
