BOZAK CMA-6-50A mixer amplifier

Ok I picked this thing up for parts. Its out of a church, it has 6 channels but only one has a transformer in it. The other slots have a jumper in them. (There is a socket for all 6 channels)

Channel 1 is the only one that will work, It looks like they used ths unit for all 6 channels. (XLR wear, writing on the front for levels)

Would these old PAs work without the transformer?

I'm going to take it apart tomorrow do some signal tracing.
