In Spanish it means - get this - THEATER. Maybe you are confusing it with that other great album, Theatre of Pain.SaneMan wrote:Willie Nelson Teatro is a fucking amazing album
You know what Teatro means? I heard it was Spanish?(or something) for torture

If you're talking about the ODB - I actually mastered the vinyl for a couple Dirt McGurk remixes that came out on AV8 - great stuff -r0ck1r0ck2 wrote:oh man you forgot Ol'Dirty.....?Cellotron wrote:Here's 3 favorite singer's who speak from the soul records:

"You Can't Always Get Waht You Want" The greatest rock production EVER! The whole record (Let It Bleed) is great but that song is a lesson in production.
"the Soft Bulletin"
"A Love Supreme"
There's three..
Of course There's also the whole Zeppelin catalog, Rovolver and Abbey Road, Who's next, The first Cars record Kinda blue and a ton of other Miles...I could go on and on, and I have a fairly small record collection (kinda).

Beth Gibbons and Rustin Man, Out Of Season...I wish I could sing like a girl, but Beth sings like a chain smoking homeless man that's been mugged.
Sonic Youth, Confusion Is Sex/Kill Yr. Idols...End of the world poetry. Better version of I Wanna Be Your Dog.
The Wipers, Is This Real?...Overdriven tubeness. Alienation. Depression. The story of my life.
I'll throw in another one:
Eric Johnson, Ah Via Musicom...Though pretty shallow in the lyrics department, his guitar tone and melodies keep me coming back for more. I've been listening to it consistently since it came out. Great pop arrangements and production. Kind of reminds me of Hugh Padgham, the master of pop production.
