I think I posted here about a year ago. Now our CD is done and you can hear a few songs on www.myspace.com/parkwaysouth2000. If you want to hear more - jamwave.com has our entire album plus a new song. Any feedback would be appreciated!

of course i forgot my disclaimer...

the songs were all recorded in the garage at my parents' house with "not the best" equipment to put it mildly.

drums were recorded with a shure beta 52 for the kick, sm57s for all the drums, and sm81s as overheads. bass was direct. guitars were recorded with either a sm57 or sennheiser e604 (?) on the grill and a ksm27 further back in the room and blended to taste. vocals were recorded with the ksm27. other instruments we experimented with mic placement/selection so i don't really remember what we used on them. everything was mixed/mastered by our friends Ken Adessa and James DeRose of twinreverb.com.
