This weekend's session...

The goal was a simple one-day demo, but somehow I got carried away as usual.
Saturday started around 10:30a with setup, mics, levels, etc. Then a quick break for food around noon, warmup and tracking by about 12:45p and we were probably done with tracking by about 5p or so, but then overdubbed clear on through until maybe 11p.
Aimed to mix all four tracks on Sunday starting at 10a and running through to a location recording at around 6p. (Turned out the choir concert was at 3p and not 7:30 like I thought, so that was a bummer.) Mixed three songs Sunday, came back Monday to touch up those three and knock out the third.

In the end I think it turned out to be a nice little session, and the material came across a lot better than I expected - and it damn well better have for the time I spent on it.
