white icons ?

i've noticed since the relaunch that most of the time when i log in there are numerous topics that are marked as read (white icons) that i've never clicked on. does this happen to anyone else or is someone hijacking my login? there aren't any phantom posts via my username so its really not an issue. its just a little strange.

and yes i noticed that this section and the con section are always marked white. i'm talking the rest
