Beer
Tonight, I went out drinking with my favorite local tech.
I can't explain what a great learning experience drinking with other engineering types is.
That is all.

lol, i remember seeing the t-mobile commercial with the avalon channel strips while watching tv with a girl i was seeing. I started to explain that the avalons they were using were not being used for their intended purpose, and she looked at me like I was a weirdo. Shes lucky I didnt explain what compression is.

It's funny--I was sitting around watching TV with my girlfriend and that commercial came on. I was gonna say something about it but then I thought better of it. I bombard her with too much of that shit as it is.seaneldon wrote:i, and probably dozens of other folks here, had that same experience with that very commercial. hysterical.

Trust me-- if you're one of the only people spending the night in the Newark airport on Christmas and CNN shows a bit on Les Paul, you'll be tempted to watch.r0ck1r0ck2 wrote:really...

It's amazing to me that there's nowhere to buy a Coke in that airport after 10PM.
