boolean search operators?

Post by logey » Fri Jan 13, 2006 5:16 pm

I'm used to using quotes when searching for phrases like "Audio Technica" where I only want the word "audio" to return a hit when its combined with "Technica". This doesn't seem to work on the TOMB...is there another way to do it?
Thanks

From the search page
You can use AND to define words which must be in the results, OR to define words which may be in the result and NOT to define words which should not be in the result. Use * as a wildcard for partial matches
I don't believe there is any support for phrases, but you can get this functionality by doing a site restricted Google search:
site:messageboard.tapeop.com "Audio Technica"
