is totally swell..I've seen the 12" but I just got the cd..I guess it was just done up on cd or something..

one of the few albums by them that i haven't heard...good?
probably they put on a hell of a show on stop making sense...

that show in the living room is one of my many rock+roll fantasys...
that's how i wanna play..over by the windows and house plants...
really inspiring that

Just to let you know, the CD is different from the record, or at least expands on it. So it's worth to get it even if you own the LP.

That short pause between the first and second songs is the coolest transition I know between two songs on any album. Maybe it happened in mastering, maybe they played those two in sequence all the time, but it's fucking cool.

Then as "Clean Break" gets going, David Byrne goes way up the tree, caterwauling like only he can do. Outstanding. I'm going to upgrade from my cassette copy.

Plus, yes, that living room concert photo. WTF is up with that?
