yeah. i'm about to put up another group of new ES covers...
all songs that were never properly released. i just love his songs
and get a lot of inspiration out of figuring them out and recording
them. sometimes it makes me a bit sad...but, you know.
it's the music that lives on.

i think that the frailty you speak of in Elliott's voice and work
is the same quality i like in George Harrison's stuff. it's almost like
you don't really expect that much...but then it just blows your
mind how good it is.

sorry to go off on a tangent.

back to gear...anyone notice that New Monkey studio (Elliott's studio)
is now back up and running? pretty awesome.

really? i didn't think it was that bad...$500 for a 12 hour lockout. i bet they
are booked up. i'd never want to run a business cause i'd be giving everyone
breaks...and then the bank would break.

maybe you're right though.
