Anyone use the new MXL 604's

I am looking for some inexpensive mics for OH's. I was going to hold out for some Oktava's, but I have a few projects coming up and I really can't afford to spend more than about $200 right now.

I don't have any SDC, so I definitely need a pair and pretty much every review I have read on the 603's say you can always find a use for them, at least on acoustic guitar. The one review posted on the MXL site said that using the Omni capsules flatten out the frequency response a bit and make them a pretty good choice for OH's where as the 603's top end (and the cardiod capsules) are pretty hyped in the top end.

Any advice on other inexpensive SDC would be welcome, but I am hoping to find someone who has used these as OH's and can give some feedback.
