quotes on messageboards

Hey duders. Please, when you use the quote function, do us all a favor and make sure not to erase stuff under one quoter's name if it's like a double-quote or something. I saw myself being quoted on the "24 years ago today" thread for having said something I didn't say, which, incidentally, I also didn't agree with. It's annoying to be misquoted, even if it is just a messageboard. Thanks!

All silliness aside, I agree, people should get the quotes straight--I've been misquoted and taken out of context and all sorts of stuff. Then of course there's the times when I am actually being a dick, but that's no one else's fault!

All silliness aside, I do agree, it's best to be very careful when quoting. Once I mis-edited a quote and got yelled at pretty bad. I earned it, and I'll try never, ever, to do it again.
