btw- Dead Moon is from Clackamas, Oregon. Pronounced 'Crack-a-my-ass' to us locals. They are probably looking for Washington resident bands.

Awesome! I wish there was more of that type of stuff giving local artists exposure. And not just music.

Back in the 90's the big movie chain in Portland played music from local unsigned rock bands before the movie started.

you know any city that has a friggin statue on the street of Jimi Hendrix is bound to do some cool shit. My city has statues of George Washington and Laguardia. Seattle has a statue of Jimi Hendrix AND a 10 foot troll under a bridge. Of course that place is cool.

Dave, the sun always shines in that area west of the Cascades. You can actually see it from downtown, you'd just need to drive over there. Actually, whereas it may rain every day, it only rains 'some' every day. Not unlike Florida. You should consider it.

I used to rub Jimi's head every day on my way home from work. It was cool to see the different offerings left by the pilgrims. Seems Jimi never went without a cigarette hanging out of the corner of his mouth or a flower in his hand. I miss Seattle.

"fuck, there's never any parking around here"

my first band had it's promo shots taken at the troll, which should be a cliche for a Seattle band.

Sun shines plenty here for me.
