This has to be fixed...

Post by RodC » Wed Aug 23, 2006 12:42 pm

TapeOp must be published once a month. Having to wait more than 4 weeks for another issue is just not acceptable.

Making an addict wait this long just dont cut it.

I may have to subscribe to another mag just to fill in the gaps! Worse part is, I dont think there is one to fill the gaps.

I may have to take up quilting or some other obscure hobby, and just think, it will all be TapeOps fault.

Imagine what is happening to less stable persons out there who feel the same!!

Based on Larry's past response to criticisms, I expect to see him post something like this:

"If you don't like it that Tape Op is published every two months, contact us about publishing six more issues a year yourself. Tape Op is what you make it."
"The world don't need no more songs." - Bob Dylan

"Why does the Creator send me such knuckleheads?" - Sun Ra

I know, I have read the responses. I just hope he knows what he is responsable for! I dont think they would let me publish much, and you prob wouldnt want to read it.

If Tape Op did come out every month it would kill us. We'd have to start hiring production people, thus the overhead would go way up, and we'd be asking advertisers to sign on for twice as much advertising per year, which wouldn't happen, se we'd make more issues and less moeny to print and dist them with. Sounds like a losing deal.

I'd put more stufff to read on the Bonus Articles section online but no one seems to give a fuck about that so I don't do too much.

There will, eventually, be books out of back issues. I swear.

Read other books too. The other mags are obviously not TApe Op, but some are okay sometimes.

Get hobbies?

Have a relationship?

Rest.
