Drum Get Together on October 29

I don't know if any of you are members over at drumforum.org but we are having our 5th Midwest fall bash in Indy on October 29 at the Knights of Columbus hall. This is a really cool time with lot's of drums & drummers. We also have a great cook out & people bring some neat stuff to show & or sell. This thing has really grown in the last couple of years & we have people from all over the midwest show up.

***Funny, I'm going to be in Indy Saturday to do a panel for the Music and Education Industry Student's Association (MEISA) regional conference. Perhaps I'm destined to stay over, and on Sunday- find the Trixon set of my dreams?

There was a Trixon set there last Spring Mark! My first set was a Trixon speedfire with the egg shaped bass drum. It had been through a fire & the red sparkle finish was kind of bad. I have heard that Remo will custom make those bass drum heads. They aren't the same but front & back are mirror image of each other.

Tony, still gonna be busy on the 29th?? I have decided to sell my Blue - Silver Duco GMS set & it will be at the Indy Event if anyone is interested in a really nice set of custom drums.
